They communicated clearly with me regarding my patients’ condition every step of the way – noting why changes needed to occur or suggesting different strategies when appropriate – thus allowing me to stay informed about treatments at each stage and make case management decisions confidently knowing that my patient was receiving world class care from caring professionals filled with compassion & humility galore! Every single staff member – from the doctors to nursing assistants – have made this complicated situation bearable by explaining everything simply & making sure everybody’s happiness throughout steps forward is not compromised at all levels! Highly recommend!!
