Meridian Home Care provided the best possible care for my father during his final days at home with us. The hospice team was incredibly compassionate, communicative and thorough in their approach to his care; they followed up nearly every day to check on him and make sure he was comfortable while also providing updates to our family as to what measures were being taken in aiding his declining health. We’re immensely grateful for how quickly they responded when help was needed the most, and we never felt rushed or unheard throughout this process – thank you!

My patient has been under the excellent care of Meridian Home Care since her diagnosis with a terminal illness two years ago, and I could not be happier with their service or professionalism during that time frame. Every member of the team always kept me well-informed about each step of treatment as well as any changes in her condition, which made consulting back and forth more efficient than ever before—especially considering such delicate matters require extra sensitive attention too! All members of the hospice team had a profound empathy for both my patient’s plight as well as mine; truly invaluable service overall!
