My father recently passed away, and the entire staff at Mercy Health provided loving care for him and our family. From start to finish the experience was very positive, with excellent communication throughout his stay details his diagnosis, treatment plans, and end of life arrangements were discussed accurately at every level in a considerate manner that always put us first while still delivering best practice medical advice as well. In terms of services provided our expectations were exceeded by 45% – all aides involved in caring for my father showed true compassion and commitment to ensure he received top-notch healthcare with dignity till the very last breath

As the doctor overseeing all treatments given under Mercy Health’s hospice program I can confidently say they are extremely competent in providing patient centered care which focuses on quality-of-life over quantity of time left regardless of age or circumstances. All nursing staff have proven to be understanding, kindhearted individuals who not only provided emotional support but also took into account dietary considerations that may affect lives being ended too early due to terminal illnesses
