Our family had an excellent experience with Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care when caring for our loved one. The staff was highly professional and compassionate, ensuring that all of our needs were taken care of. Communication between the team and us as a family was prompt and thorough – we never felt like any information had been left out or misrepresented in any way. We also found that the quality of care provided to our relative was top-notch, keeping both their comfort levels but also maintaining excellent standards from a medical point of view. We are very grateful for everything that Kansas City Hospital & Palliative Care did to make my relative’s final days comfortable and peaceful!

As a physician working with hospice patients I have worked quite closely with Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care over the years and can happily say they always provide excellent service: communication is intelligent and timely, managing difficult conversations competently, expediting paperwork efficiently among other things; the knowledge level displayed by each role is outstanding; additionally – what has set them apart more than anything – their empathy towards families in an emotional time has won their praises numerous times among myself personally included! Overall, they are experienced professionals whose expertise guides them gracefully along through every case presented to them!
