As a primary physician to many patients who have been under HALIFAX HEALTH’s palliative care program over the years I’ve come to recognize their exemplary service capabilities first hand; their team is thorough, approachable and very knowledgeable regarding treatment options available for those near end of life states facing multiple health issues simultaneously. They excel at communication among families and medical teams alike partaking in the patient’s healthcare plan allowing everybody involved to stay up to date as much as possible to optimize results during this delicate time period; I highly recommend their services based on my own experiences!

HALIFAX HEALTH provided excellent care for my mother in her last days, including attentive round-the-clock support and comfort from the professionals on hand. Communication was timely and clearly answered all our questions about end of life concerns, so we could make informed decisions every step of the way. The hospice staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and compassionate throughout our entire experience – they treated us like family! We can’t thank them enough for helping ease this difficult transition with respect and care beyond expectation.
