I had the pleasure of working with Empath Health when my elderly father needed end-of-life care for his terminal diagnosis. Every member of the staff was professional, kind and communicative with our family throughout every step of the process. Their quality of care was impeccable – not only did they make sure we were as comfortable and stress free as possible, their attentiveness to details regarding Dad’s wellbeing meant he got to experience his last days with dignity and grace that we will never forget.

Our family relied on Empath Health for compassionate support during a time in our lives that can often feel chaotic and unpredictable; instead, reaching out to them provided us respite both emotionally and physically that allowed us all to be present during this challenging period in my mother’s life journey! The professionals at Empath worked as an extension of her team creating a personalized plan within HIPAA compliance guidelines allowing open communication between healthcare providers & family members.”

As a doctor I’ve occasionally recommended patients (and their families) get hospice care from Empath Health—and each time it has been met with extremely positive results! From their clear lines or communication prior to enrollment through discharge of services, I have always found them prepared, thorough and attentive tender; both medical/clinical needs are spot-on excelently managed while psychological-emotional needs remain top priority whose approaches prove themselves true successes beyond any expectations reported back!.
