My Aunt recently spent time with Agape Senior, and I saw first-hand the care they offered her during an incredibly difficult period of her life. Every member of their staff we interacted with was knowledgeable and understanding; the nurses were especially caring and built a great rapport with Aunt that left both of us feeling at ease knowing she was in good hands throughout her stay. Whenever I or my family had questions regarding treatments or medications, there was always someone available to answer our inquiries promptly and accurately – even if it meant having to do additional research themselves to ensure accuracy in their response. The communication between all parties involved was top notch as well! Overall, we strongly believe two big factors led to how well our experience went: compassion by staff members and thoroughness when addressing any concerns or queries posed by myself or my auntie’s Doctor. We are beyond pleased that Agape Senior provides such comprehensive hospice care for those who need help most!
