Advocate Home Health Care provided my father with incredible care for the last two years of his life. He and our family were so grateful for their compassionate, attentive staff, who listened to our requests and took into account each of my dad’s wishes about how he wanted to be cared for at home. The nurse practitioners had such a high level of knowledge and experience that enabled us to feel secure in the medical advice they gave us daily. Communication was always clear and consistent throughout this difficult process, making sure all levels involved – patient, family members and doctor included – were kept informed every step of the way. My experience working with Advocate Home Health Care has been absolutely top-notch! I was especially impressed with their highly trained nurses who continually went out of their way meet my patient’s needs both medically and emotionally during their time at home while receiving hospice care services.. The team communicated effectively amongst each other keeping me updated on any changes or concerns that arose which allowed me as a physician to remain actively involved in providing best possible care support necessary for a healthy transition from illness back into healthiness Where needed . I cannot say enough good things about Advocate Home Health Care! As a close relative caring for an elderly loved one recently diagnosed with terminal cancer, it was immensely reassuring to have such experienced practitioners around us ensuring he is safe and comfortable 24/7 at home..
