My father was a resident at Hospice by the Bay for several weeks and we were so pleased with the quality of care. The team provided excellent communication for my family about my father’s condition, which allowed us to be properly supported throughout the dying process. We could not have asked for more compassionate and supportive staff who looked after him in his final days.
