Our family experienced kindness and compassion from the entire team of caregivers at Mayo Health System when my father was in their care. Communication throughout his stay was very professional, easy to understand, and timely so everyone in our family always knew exactly what expectations each day would bring. The quality of care rendered for Dad exceeded all expectations as the multidisciplinary team came together to formulate a plan that best suited Dad’s individual needs.
