My family had a wonderful experience with Ascension Health. The level of care was excellent and the staff were highly competent, compassionate and understanding of my loved one’s needs. Communication between us and our medical team was great – they took the time to explain all options clearly, as well as answering any questions that we had throughout the process. Overall it was an incredibly positive experience for us during this difficult time and I’m very grateful to Ascension Health for their support!

The staff at Ascension Health provided excellent care when treating my patient near the end of his life journey on earth; everyone always treated him with respect and dignity while being sensitive to his condition and prognosis in a very gentle manner from start to finish of hospice services rendered . It was reassuring knowing he had such loving dedicated professionals consistently advocating for his comfort levels through pain management amongst other interventions without fail or case worker changes often seen in similar settings . Communication between myself ,family members ,nursing teams etc ,were timely & accurate ensuring coordination & continuity of care throughout ! Highly recommendable !!!
