My mother was under the care of Home and Hospice Care of Rhode Island for 4 months before her passing, and we can’t thank them enough for helping to make their last days comfortable and dignified. The nurses always put her comfort first in everything they did – from wound dressing to medication management. We particularly appreciated how spot-on the communication between staff members was; every doctor’s visit or change in medications was clearly communicated with us as family, leaving no confusion or misunderstanding on our end about her wellbeing or treatments she needed. As a family we also felt supported by all the hospice team members through this trying time, which helped create a sense of peace throughout this difficult journey~
